Most Common Questions

Do you train one-on-one or groups?

One-on-one only. Groups are fine for cardio — they don't work when I'm trying to read your form and your scan in the same hour.

Is this only for women?

No. Most of my clients are women and gay men chasing a stronger lower body, a better waist-to-hip ratio, and a physique that doesn't need filters. If that's what you want, you're in the right place.

I've plateaued for months. Will this work?

Plateaus are almost always something the scale can't see. Your scan will surface it in week one — usually hydration, sleep, or muscle loss no one caught. We'll know what's really going on by week three.

Where do you train?

I come to you. Downtown Dallas, Uptown, Arts District, Design District, Trinity Groves, Deep Ellum, Victory Park, Oak Lawn. Your building's gym, a private studio, wherever works. Text me and we'll figure out logistics.

What does the scan feel like?
